Sold via Off Market Expressions of Interest

First National David Kay we were appointed to run an off market, Expressions of Interest campaign.

At request of the vendor the property was marketed via the off-market private treaty process and within a short time frame a purchaser was identified highlighting our capability to sell off- market in these challenging conditions and the demand for small homes.

The eventual buyer was a home occupier who purchased the 309sqm block (approx.).

Property has now sold.
